Looking good, what has your cutting cycle consisted of diet and cardio wise?

on my days off i did no carbs, except for 1 meal..
on my hard workout days i carbed up you could say and ate carbs in 4 of 6 meals... then medium days do 2-3 carb meals..
so basically..
monday: big day, carb up
tuesday med day, carb norm
wed: off, carb low
thu: big day carb up
thur: med day, carb norm
fri off
sat usually cheat meal...
and then cardio which i never ever rarely did, i started doing 15 min on the bike for atleast 3 weeks str8 on 4-5 days a week, which was about 4 miles ea time, then 3 days a week i tried to do atleast a half hr of cardio and thats when my weight was coming down, so i gotta get back to that, or really stop Bullshitting and just do 1 hr on ea cardio day cuz now that im down to rougly 226-228, i think i could possibly get down to 200 and be still chubby, so we'll see,,last time i was 205 was 3 yrs ago with hardly any muscle to me, so i dont know wat my true weight is..

as long as it's not 1 hr of HIIT cardio. if you just going at a good pace that is elevating your heart then 1 hr is ok. you should look up HIIT cardio in this forum. It will maximize your time doing cardio and you'll still burn the same if not more fat.

Start doing some windsprinting or HIIT to cut out. Good luck, AND stay negative.

Well I actually am in football training right now, for my Semi Pro football, so I usually do a lot of sprinting and things like that but I have checked out the HIIT earlier and kinda of put that into my cardio...
I think I expected it to just fall off like it seems pro bodybuilders do, but Im not at that level at all, so i should be happy with 2-3 lbs a week I guess..
weighed myself today after workout and I was 228, maintained that weight all week so i really need to kick in the cardio cuz it seems the diet is working...
Thanks for the advice...
