I would like to have something in the abdominals, I started to train last week of march with a personal trainer, but this was only for one week due to time unmatch, I try to go to the gym at least 3 times per week doing cardio work out and the crunch machine with 60 lbs, thats my favorite,,but also other routines.

Just keep you diet clean and train your whole body and the abs will come with time. You have a good base to work with.
