Having suffered some pretty heavy injuries through the years I have posted some pics, pre and post injury.. And some other random pics.
Taken in 2005. Prior to my first rotator cuff tear. I miss the days when I could hoist 90lb dumbbells while doing overhead presses.

3 years after my third shoulder surgery. The size of my delts and traps have suffered.. But my abs never looked better!!!
