OH, btw, didn't do the wrist stuff. Both of my wrists are already wonky, especially the right one. I have to say I don't get "stretching" the wrists pre-workout. I prefer to just do wrist rotations and put on muscle rub, lol. I'm not sure what the rationale there is but I felt sure it would end up causing me pain during my workout.
OH, yeah, I got your last e-mail. Sorry I thought I already told you. The pics look like what I thought it was saying. I think you described it well. The thing about those movements is that it could be easy for some to get a LOT of lumbar rotation doing that. Something to watch.
Similarly MR and EC no longer recommend scorpions and yoga twists for a general audience. I feel pretty comfortable doing them because I know what my spine is doing by now but you can see how many people, expecially those who already have excessive lumbar mobility could get more harm than good out of those without one on one coaching.
Hey, I just got Fallout 3 last week. Sucks you right in lol. I had to restart everything a few times because I didn't know how to navigate through the options menu on his wrist to arm/disarm myself. So what happened (twice) was that I wasted all my meds, and all my ammo on those fucking cockroaches. NOW, I'm good to go, and will use my chinese sword on everything miniscule to save ammo.
So after 2 restarts, I'm only in the very beginning trying to earn enough caps to ask that douchebag about my father in the megaton city.
Last night I got wasted & tore up the dance floor. It was a great time. I slipped in the shower yesterday & aggravated my hamstring a bit. It wasn't a wise decision to go out, but I don't regret it. It's doing better than it was last week. I won't be walking on crutches any more. Any news about the shoulder?
