Thanks man.. yeah one thing I didn't expect with the promotion is 10 pounds of fat and no time to get to the gym.

question? and if im gettin to personal let me know. how long did it take you to get that far and do you have a masters? it seems like it will take forever to get that far where im @ now and i really dont want to get my masters either.

Very impressive.
Doing flips is not easy by any means at any weight and the fact that she is doing it with weight that heavy says a lot about her training.

I'm still waiting on delivery of my KB's, should be here today ... I hope. Dave I have a sample program i'm thinking about, i'll pm you later.
and yeah, she must kick some ass in the gym ... freakin impressive.
