I weigh about 165, and I am trying to get into great physical shape for MMA. I did it for 7 years and stopped for 4 years to take care of some personal problems. I am getting back into it again and I'm trying to add some muscle and lose fat (get six pack).
I go to MMA 2 days in the morning (2-3 hours) and hit the gym after for about an hour and swim a little The other 2 days I go to gym and then go to MMA at nights for 2-3 hours.
How many calories should I take on the days that I work out and on the rest days? (I was thinking 2500/2200), and how should I spread my protein shakes... between those 3-5 hours. (pre/during/post)
