Yes it is an part of CKD. I am on sort of a TKD. No carbs on non workout days and 2 50 gram carb feedings PWO only.
I think I will try the 1200-1500 calorie cheat high gi low fat cheat meal every 6th day for PWO.
This binging seems to have no place it anyones life. Plus, I am not a bodybuilder, just a dude who wants to feel good, lood good and be happy.
