Anyone know a good bodybuilding cookbook that uses the 40/20/40 diet

How about saying what the values are ? People need to stop switching the numbers around because if its in the order of nutritional values thats 20% carbs, and thats way to low. Like Atkins low. Like rapid weight loss cause you burn muslce Atkins low. Like wo ow low

As long as your protien and fat intake is high enough mark you shouldnt go catabolic. check out the ckd site it has some good food ideas.

I always list mine Fat Carb Protein, thats the order they appear on nutritional information when I read them. I just would never touch lower than even 50g of carbs. I was doing ~50 on UD2.0 and by week 6 I was depressed lol. If I fo UD again I'm going on a thermogenic.

sorry for not making it so clear 40%protein/20%fats/40%carbs im just looking for recipe ideas so im not eating the same thing week after week
