Default 6 weeks of hell

So I have this insanly long trial coming up that will last roughly 6 weeks. Because of this my usual nutrient timing will get screwed up, so I need to reconfigure some stuff. Plus, I will be coming off the dicana stizm stack, so i need to drop my cals further to make sure i dont start gaining fat again. Here is my plan for the next six+ weeks ... hit me with your thoughts.

breakfast ... cottage cheese, slice whole grain toast, no sugar added preserves (P20,C16,F5)

Morning break ... 3 scoops of Xtend, 1gram Alcar(11gP)

Lunch ... turkey/tuna sandwich, veggies (P30,C24,f6)

Afternoon break ... 3 scoops of Xtend, 1gram Alcar (11gP)

Preworkout shake ... 20gP,12gC

workout drink ... 3 scoops Xtend (11gP)

Postworkout Shake ... 20gP,20gC

Dinner ... chicken/salmon/shrimp ect and veggies (30gP,10gC,?gF)

totals 153gP, 70gC, ?gF

This is just off the top of my head so I'm not sure about fat content. My hope is that the high amounts of BCAA's will help keep me from going super catabolic. I am a little worried about muscle loss, but I'm not gonna stress it for now, its harder for me to lose then it is to gain so I'll hit a nice bulker when i'm down where i want to be bf wise.

On a side note the food choices will get switchted up as I go. but the only substitutions that will be made will be stuff like lean beef for dinner, or lunch, ect. I will keep it as clean as possible, and add in a clean refeed once a week.

I don't think that's enough protein. and I wouldn't do carbs under 100g. If you could get a better number on Fat it would help. I know your cutting so my question is what is your normal cut diet look like, just the numbers? cause right now you looking at about 1000 cals., that's assuming your eating about 25 grams of fat, and that is way too low for someone your size.

You seem to be looking at certain things in isolation. It won't do much good to use Xtend to try to prevent catabolism if you don't have the protein and calories to maintain body tissues.

The protein will be taken from somewhere. I mean, you can't just turn off your metabolism with BCAA's and stuff and then try to get by on a severe caloric deficit. I agree with Dave, it's way too low.

I agree with everyone else, I thought my idea of a cutting diet had basically no food in it, but yours seems insane man. Even though I don't know much about the whole topic of dieting, I would definatly recommend more food.

Guys I get ya, and believe me I agree. Unfortunately there just isnt time for anymore food. And If i did try to force more down around lunch or dinner then i'm definately over eating at those tlimes.

I'll only be at this caloric level for a short time, six weeks shouldnt be enough time for significant muscle loss to take place, and i have serious ph/ps cycle planned for just after this trial. So I can make up some losses in muscle/strength there. I've been debating starting now, but having raised test levels, and raised stress levels, plus being locked in the courthouse for hours on end isnt going to make for a very happy or healthy me.

I am sorting out the fats issue right now, I've added some cheese, heavey cream, and of course my usual fish oil regiment (which i'm increasing to 9g ed). I'm looking for ways to minimise the damage, and continue to lose fat.

good look on the advise, and if you have any other suggestions let me know.

What is your training going to look like?

If you are set on doing this, get in at least 1500 cals. and allow a free meal one a week.

I still think this is a bad idea though, especially for 6 weeks.

A month and a half of eating only about 1500 cals. While working out will eat muscle for sure.

Ok for Example, if you cal intake to maintain is 2000 without working out. So, you are now going to take this down to 1500 cals. that's 1000 calories a day less. A pound of fat is equal to 3500 cals. roughly. So that means that on a maintain diet without working out you eat 14000 cals a week to maintain your weight. now you’re going to cut out 7000 cals a week out of your diet. which is roughly 2 lbs. of fat.

Now I know your going to go to the gym and workout. so if you work out and do cardio that puts the multiplier at 1.6, roughly. so you would need in a day 200cals X 1.6=3200 cals to maintain and not bulk or cut. so in a week you should be eating 3200 cals. X 7days=22400 cals. just to stay at the weight you’re at with the workout your doing. now you’re going to tell me that doing your workout and only taking in 10500 cals a week your not going to loose muscle? you’re eating 1700 cals less which in a week will equivocate to 3.4lbs of fat a week loss in a perfect world. that much in a week is not good and will result in muscle and fat loss.

How long are you going to be in the court room a day and between breaks. If you can eat during a break you can down some Casein shakes with E.V. Olive oil.

I was going to suggest something like that. Maybe at those times when you are taking the Xtend anyway. Or a mix of casein, egg, and whey?

This might be a good time to rely a little more on shakes.
