Congrats on becoming 1/2 your size haha. I'm assuming peviously you didnt have any activity level. Between your lifting (assuming its a good workout) and walking you should keep fat gain fairly under control. You may want to consider running one or two of those days instead of walking. Your gonna want to take your pwo shake right after lifting, and your next meal of high gi carbs and protein should come about an hour after. If you start to gain weight in unwanted areas youll know your taking in to much.
