Then use cologne also its common for some people to smell like fish when they dont eat it.

colonge or chicken i go to costo too for my chicken breast most of the time they have great deals on stuff like that especially when u need to buy things in bulk like eggs or chicken

K, I'm getting protein drink stuff. Its a brand from costco.

22 grams of protein, 4 carbs per scoop.

This works a heck of alot to reach near 220 grams of protein a day, I usally have 3 scoops per day,(3 drinks), or 4 scoops. Just wondering on how many scoops you guys use a day. I intake about 100 grams of protein throught drinking the protein drinks.

K, thanks, I can in-take this much protein easily, just some of my other family members use the protein powder too. And they yell at me for taking to much, usally do 2-4 scoops a day.

You should be ok then if not buy you own supply and take as much as you want.

Lol well, the others don't both with it, I have it to my self now. Well, I now in take at least 2-4 shakes, one in the mourning after I do cardio. 1 at about lunch time, one at 3-5, or pre-work out shake.
