Sounds like buuuulllshiiiiit, dunno though, give it a try and let us know, and some of that 45 will be you filling back up from wha you lost, I went from 165-150 when I stopped lifting for awhile then got back to 165 with almost the same bf% in about 2 weeks

This guy is full of crap and dangerous. He's a total dumbass. Look, guys in the 70's didn't and couldn't do it and they always did hard core heavy training. Dianibol is the finishing touch. It is proper training and nutrition. If you make a gain of 15 lbs of muscle in a year you've done well. I tell my trainees that protein, creatine, multi vitamin are your staples. Eat good whole grain fruits and vegetables, tuna, chicken.....train hard and rest even harder.
