Here is a link that popped up on my aol, which compares different diets. They choose weighwatchers as the best diet, but see for urself

those diets may help lose weight, but losing FAT is what is important... i saw that month or so ago saying that weight watchers was the best.
if you eat their food constantly then, yeah you'll lose weight... but the best diet is one where you can eat regular food (monitoring your own food intake) and eating the correct things, yet maintaining good health

They should pump iron and take supplements instead

my mom eats those weight watchers things when she doesnt have time to take a break at work. they are pretty expensive i think considering the amount of food that u get, and some of them arent even that healthy for u.

I eat them too, but I pick out the ones that look appealing to me with lot of meat in it  I only get them when they are on sale for about $1.50.

The reason why weight watchers works is people for the first time in there life actually pay attention to what they are eating.
