You need good fats and complex carbs with every meal. I don't think low carb meals are very healthy. Good Carbs help push your meat through your digestive systems as well as give you energy. Good fats are necessary to support your cell functions and digestive systems. I think you need to readjust your diet... a little more reading should help.

It depends. He was doing a keto diet before. Fiber will help with digestion which explains the fiber supplement he was taking. I'm sure most of the fats were good if he was being strict. It's just a different kind of diet.

Do you mean percentage of fat intake or total fat intake? That would have to do with gluconeogenesis... I don't know if being flat is that big of a deal. You might have to change the frequency that you carb up, but that's just part of the game.
