Default Can someone explain this?

I recently decided I needed more protein in my diet so I changed it.

I am cutting so I eat carbs only PWO and my other meals are 50 grams of protein with about 16-18 grams of fat.

Recently I switched to 50 grams of protein with about 8 grams of fat. I now get sck and bad stomach cramps.

Why is this when right now the protein did not change, but the fat intake went down?

Your not eating enough. Gotta eat carbs and gotta eat fat to burn fat. Not enough protein. Do a little more reading, use the stickies

How long have you been on this diet ? It takes awhile for the body to adjust to having low carbs.

Are you taking any digestion enzymes ?

How much fat are you taking in ? You may need to increase it.

I eat 5 meals on non lift days and 6 on lift days.

I always get 50 P per meal and was getting aroun 18 grams of fat, no problems at all.

Recently I lowered the fat to 8 or 10 grams and boom, stomach problems, urinating alot, trouble sleeping and so on.

Remember, nothing changed at all except for the lower fat. I have been low carbing and eating higher fat for years, maybe I am so used to getting higher fat, my body needs it to digest food.

I have read alot of Veince Gironda stuff and it does make some sense I guess.

I am 6' 190 now. Want to lose fat but every time I try I end up around 178ish and feel way too thin.

If you don't eat enough you will lose muscle. Try increasing your calories. If your not going to do carbs then your break down should be close to 60-40 or 50-50 protein/fat. Try setting your calories to 2600 and see what happens.
