Tuna
One of the nicest ways we eat tuna is making it into a tuna and sweetcorn pasta bake.
Pre cook some wholewheat pasta then drain it and stick it in an oven dish. Add a couple of tins of tuna, some sweetcorn niblets, some sliced red onions, plenty of black pepper, a tin of chopped tomatoes mix it all up and grate a little cheese over the top and then bake in the oven.
Tastes lovely and the kids eat it too........

My own creation - Ninja Tuna Salad
2 Cans of Albacore White Tuna
1 tsp Mayo
1tbsp Sour Cream or plain yogurt
1 cucumber, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
4 Roma Tomatoes, cut into 1inch pieces (Drain seeds & Water)
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 Tbsp of Green or Red Curry Powder
Stir this biatch up and enjoy. One warning though, if you store it, the cucumbers will release a lot of water. No problem, just pour off the water and eat it!
I love this stuff!

Hey Guys!!! Its been a while since I've been on. For tuna I add some yellow mustard. It drowns out most of the fishy taste which is a positive when I was downing 3-4 cans a day.
Albacore has the higher mercury content. I think pretty much all fish has mercury in it.

hahah My roomate actually wanted to do the egg and tuna thing last night. I told him that my stomach definately couldn't handle it, so we did some egg salad on whole wheat toast ... dam good.
I'm a big fan of tuna steaks as well, either frozen or in the pouch. I also like to add wasabi, or horse radish to the tuna for extra kick ... if its hot it doesnt taste so bad hahaha.

i guess mercury isn't a huge deal unless you're eating like 12 cans a day.

with enough mercury in your diet, you will eventually mutate and become super human ... I'm hoping for healing abilities like wolverine.
