Time to grow up and take responsibility for your own body (and life) ?

Do what the rest of us do and make your own food, take it with you, if you are serious this is the only way to do it.

I highly doubt a few sandwiches here and there are going to make a difference anyhow.

Try adding 45 minutes of decent cardio every morning.

Default thanks

Thank you everyone...I am serious, dont take that wit a grain of salt. I would make my own food but i dont have an oven in my dorm all i have is a microwave and and a little fridge. I would love to make my own food that would be great, then i would only have to look up what i should eat and shouln't. Then follow a nice cardio program and a great weight training program and id be set. I could try to make my own food but i dont know how with just a microwave. Thanks for the advice guys, i really want this, so i will have to bust ass to get it. Once again thank you
