Cheat meals=discomfort?
Hi, all. For the last two cheat meals-which were moderately OK, I have noticed that about 1/2 an hour later, I start to feel bloated. Has/does anyone else experience this?

That's the thing, I have a great immune system, and I add about 1/3 cup of yogurt to my oatmeal every morning. As far as the meals, one was an omelet from Jims, and the other was a barbecue plate, with tater salad, sausage, boiled beef, and Spanish rice.

^^ for me, if I eat clean for a while, cheat meals always cause atleast some discomfort in the gut. Your body isnt used to eating crappy food so it will happen.

Happened to me yesterday. Took the family out to dinner at Red Lobster, loved the food, but based on the fact that I have been eating cleanly for the last couple of months my gut did not like it at all. Spent some quality time later by myself.....caught up on some reading

It looks like my bloating has subsided, even after cheat meals. I have been monitoring what I eat for cheats, even more closely than I did before. On the matter, what's everone else's fav. cheat meal(s)?

I usually eat pizza for a cheat meal but if you're worried about bloat don't do that. I honestly feel like a bloated piece of crap after every cheat meal but that's normal.

mine....
I've gotten to the point now where eating cheat meals bothers me alot.. today alone I had a black plum,a bowl of All Bran cereal with homo milk, 2 bananas, 1 whole what bun, 2 chicken breats and a large plate of broccoli... finished off with some beef steak tenders
I was gonna get the usual hot hamburger or McDonalds quarter pounders but lately ive been afraid of the quarter pounders cause of what I saw they done over time, they put the weight on, now I just cant seem to get myself to eat 2 again

Three bowls of Keebler's Cookie Crunch is my designated cheat on the UD2.0, if you can even consider it a cheat...I use it to kick off my carbload after my final depletion lift, and my muscles soak up them shits up real quick.
