ok, thanks guys, i just heard that from one of my buddies in the gym.
he also said, that cheating all day long is not that good when on a bulk, cuz your eating every day very high caloric. but he also mentioned, that it makes sense to do it while cutting, every 7-15 days, in order to keep your metabolism fueled, in this case it would make more sense, cuz your eating under-caloric.
