Default Cheating ?

hey guys,
im currently trying to put on muscle mass, but dont want to gain fat. therefore im eating 4000-4200calories daily (500g carbs, 300g protein, 100g fat; im working out 4 times a week and 2 times a week cardio), im eating only quality food and very clean. but id really like to eat again some junkfood(the last time i did was on christmas), some cake and pizza. so now im wondering wheater one cheating-day, on which i eat everything that i want to would make me gain fat. what do you guys think. and how often would you recommend to do it, once a week, once in 10 days...?

i usually do it once a week...it's good for the body...especially if you don't change what you eat very much.

I cheat once per week. Usually Saturday night supper. I cook for my wife and I. Usually a steak with sauce, roasted potatoes and roasted veggies. Some dessert, like lemon meringue pie.

I think it is healthy if you aren't building up for a competition, to have a cheat day.

yeah, actually at this moment I am eating a gigantic bowl of spaghetti O's...I don't think I could handle eating clean all the time.

I do the same thing, once a week take the wife to dinner eat a little differnt. I think you have to treat your'self to something to kind of break up the manotany.
