ckd cheat meal instead of carbup

I wouldnt suggest it. On ckd the point of the carb up is to replenish glycogen stores after you've done a depleation workout. When you hit that depleation point, your muslces are starved for carbs, so for the most part any carb you put into your body will be used to feed muslce. If your simply in ketosis, and decide that you want to have a cheat meal, you will be feeding both muscle and fat (and all other tissues that need carbs).

Why not just hit your depleation workout, then use your carb up as a "cheat" post workout. I used to do this, and I would destroy a box of lucky charms post workout and still drop fat quickly.
