Good luck. I am on my last or second to last week now. Im ready for a regular cutter schedule. I feel excellent today after my carbup yesterday. I am going to be on a Max-OT lift sched.

Carbs ups are a fun day. What I have liked:
Red potatoes, grab 7-9 little guys, toss them in some foil with garlic and onions, bake till tender, maybe an hour at max, just pokem with your finger. then eat them whole and sprinkle salt an pepper on.

or, same red potatoes, slice um up, potatoe chip style slices or fry style, then bake them till crispy as they get. I mean crispy. Then throw on some salt and dip in ketchup.

Sweet potato - bake up an throw on some brown sugar or honey,

Chocolate chip pancakes.. nice.

You will like the results and learn more how your body works. Keep up the good work.

Just to throw my 2 cents in. I am starting my 8th week of CKD via Mr. X and it's working great. I do kick up the protein a little on those low protein days and I am having no problem going right into ketosis. I also have 40 grams of dextrose and it does not kick me out of ketosis at all. Last week I did my first week of SD and of course this was the first week I didn't see any weight loss. As a matter of fact I went up 3 lbs. and I look leaner. Will be measuring BF as soon as my new calipers arrive.
My kids think the washboard abs are cool.
