I've been on Rippetoe's program for the past 4-5 weeks now. My lifts are getting back to normal.

Squat - 135 kgs
Bench Press - 77.5 kgs
Deadlift - 107.5 kgs
Military Press - 47.5 kgs
BB rows - 75 kgs

I'm doing cardio 60 mins 2x a week with pull-ups and dips 1 set - 15 reps.

My weight has remained at 84 kgs forthe past 3 weeks and I feel my waist getting smaller.

There are my macro-nutrients:
Calories 3,200
Carbohydrates 322g
Protein 320g
Fat 70g
