Default Diet Critique

Let me know what you think of this diet


7:00 2 cups oatmeal/ 1 cup skim milk
2 scoops whey


9:00 3 egg whites
1 orange



11:30 1 Chcken breast
2 slice toasted whole wheat
banana


1:00 3 Natty pb and jelly sandwhichs on whole wheat



3:30 1 Chicken breast
2 slice toasted whole wheat


5:30 Lean ground sirloin
1 cup corn
1 scoop whey


7:30 pwo
2 scoop whey/ malto/dext mix


9:30 2 cups cottage chese
1 peach

I don't have anything to count to calories on my computer, so If someone can that would be cool. I'm bulking. 5"11 186lbs 26yr old.

chuck are you trying to lean bulk? If so you can add in some fiber through veggies and salad and your good to go.

if your not worried about being lean, you can up your intake at each meal, seems conservative to me for a true bulker.

Yeah I put on more fat last year than I'd like to of so I figured trying to be a little more strict.

I'll add a salad in with my 5:30 meal and maybe some raisins or something for fiber.

Might want to add more protein to meals 2 (more egg whites) and 4. Also, consider replacing the peach with an apple for that last meal. More fiber content in an apple, plus a lower GI.

Yeah ok, the peach is kinda a fav of mine but I see your point with the apple

Further, give it a few weeks. Assess your progress and make needed modifications as you go and continually refine it until you find the right balance. It's all trial and error. Just make sure that you give it ample time to evaluate.

Yeah I've gained about 3-4 lbs in the last month so seems to be working so far
