that's a good point, I live right near the mountains here so I could get out there with too much trouble to do a lot of my foraging, I think I would like to start planting useful species right in my own garden

the great thing about weeds is that they grow like. . . weeds

I find it pretty amazing how commonly overlooked edible wild plants are
they grow everywhere, and have a higher content of vitamins and minerals than virtually any store bought fruits and veggies

I was struggling with my pushup routine the past week or so because I haven't been able to afford fruits and veggies, it's amazing what kind of a difference they make in being able to do my workouts and just my energy level in general

I easily did a set of 50 this morning though, it's obvious that I'm getting great benefits from just one day of all these extra nutrients

the energy feels totally natural, my body is literally vibrating with the extra energy, and my mind feels sharp
there's no way that this is just placebo. . . I'm gonna keep doing this and see how consistant the energy delivery is

I'll keep people updated as I get more experience with them, and try to keep track of the different uses for various common plants

there are also tons of recipes online that I would like to try out

I'm finding that dried nettles taste great in milk with a little bit of cereal. they're very high in serotonin which probably explains the dramatic lift in mood and my needing less sleep and more vivid dreams
