Default Egg yolks.

Okay, are egg yolks ok to intake? I've been reading some things, and seems to me that some guys go low on this, is it because fat content or what?

Also, you guys wanted to know what my diet is.

I usally have 3-4 eggs for breakfest, this is at 6 am. Then later at 8 am, I intake another 30 grams of protein with a shake. Later at 10am, another 30 grams of protein with a shake. 12 pm or so, I eat some chiken, get about40-60 grams of protein. Around 3 pm, I eat more chiken, but also usally eat a few spoonfulls of penut butter. So about 60 grams of protein. I work out around 4-5 or so, then after I work out, I intake 30 grams of protein in a shake. Then wait a few hours till about 7 pm, and eat another 40 grams of protein in chiken. This is just for now...this last week I was'nt able to intake this much protein because I was'nt able to.
