lighten up schorcher he was trying to be helpful, he just misunderstood the topic, or he thought you guys were talking about solid egg whites. (although i agree any idiot can get a hardboiled egg out of a shell, case in point, ME)
IMO hard boiling is the best way to keep egg whites (I know you wanted liquid joker) epecially if your just going to cook them anyway. Depending on your diet, and what you plan to mix them with, they are awesome. They have little to no taste, and they are packed with protien.
The last time I ran a CKD I would get up, throw 5 or 6 solid egg whites in a bowl, squash them with a fork, like i was making egg salad. Throw some cheese over top, heat for 30 sec, then add a little hot sauce ... mmmmm good shit homie.

Please dont, some topics need to be taken very seriously, pealing hard boiled eggs isnt one of them. we wouldnt want it to get too stuffy in here.

Well, i just had my first batch of liquid egg whites that i made last night. Tasted fine to me...well, actually all i tasted was hot sauce, which tasted fine.
Any of you guys know about egg beaters? I heard a couple years back that they are horrible! But thats the only kind of liquid egg that Walmart sells. The box says 99% eggs and i read the ingredients and i think i remember it saying eggs, onion powder, xantham gum or something like that. Anyone ever try em?

I use them all the time. Usually I put in one whole egg with about 3/4 - 1 cup whites. They taste fine.

Like mentioned before, you can always buy just egg whites from the store. Egg Beaters are made of just the white plus they add in vitamins...personally however I think they taste like shit. Fresh non pastuerized egg whites taste better to me and I think the prices are sort of rediculous.
I'm in the same boat because I eat around a dozen egg whites a day (love em) but in all honesty it doesn't take too long to crack em open with each meal.
If you are going to be eating the eggs whites quickly, I think they would be fine for a few days in the fridge. But if you want the conveinance and not having to worry about bacteria then I would just buy some pasteurized egg whites. You can always buy the huge tubs of egg whites from places like http://www.eggwhitesint.com/ or http://www.lanaseggwhites.com/ instead of buying the small ones at the stores. Since you only get 4 grams of protein per egg white, this maybe a good option if you eat alot of them.

I have to check the price, but at my work we carry like a 3 gal pail of frozen egg whites, and hard boiled eggs like 10 dz or something like that
