Gotcha. The best whay I could think of you could do it in advance like that is to freeze them in ice cube trays. You have to beat them a little to get them in I think. Then you freeze them in the trays covered with plastic film and the night before you can pop some out and put them in the fridge to thaw. I don't think there going to keep any other way. You don't have to use trays of course.

Have you ever thought about buying just whites ? I know that they taste a bit different, but no waste.

To answer you question I have gone the weekend with just the whites in a bowl under some plastic wrap..... They tasted fine and I never got sick.

If you're just talking a couple days then I think they would be fine. But for a whole week I don't think would be a good idea.

How to Peel an Egg Quickly Removing the shell from a hard boiled egg can be a pain, but with this simple process it will take you less than three seconds every time.
Steps
  1. Prepare a hard boiled egg and let it cool .
  2. Crack the shell at each end by firmly tapping the egg onto a hard surface such as a counter. Do one end, and then the other.

  3. Place the side of the egg on a counter and roll forward for one revolution with your palm firmly down on the top of the egg.

  4. Submerge the egg in a bowl of warm water and slip the entire shell off in less than a second.

Alternate Methods
  • Slide a spoon in between the egg and the shell, and pop it out. This works rather fast, but it is tricky. Be careful not to damage the egg during the process, and the egg has a tendency to fly all over the place sometimes.
  • Put salt in the water before boiling. The salt stops the egg from leaking out if the egg cracks while boiling and adds flavor.
  • Boil the egg; when done, quickly dump the boiling water. Refill the pot with very cold water from the tap; the egg will contract and the shell will peel off without ripping the egg white. Be careful to do this ONLY if your pot can withstand the rapid temperature change! A better method is to use a ladle or small strainer to remove the eggs to a bowl of ice water.
  • Put a tbsp of vinegar in the water to help with the peeling.
Tips
  • If you are making egg salad, let the peeled egg dry for ten seconds. If you don't, the thin covering of water will not mix properly with the mayonnaise.
  • Don't over-boil the egg. If you do, the shell will fracture into thousands of very small pieces and not peel easily at all. Worse, the interior of the shell may stick to the egg, and you end up peeling part of the egg away with the shell.

Things You'll Need
  • Hard Boiled Egg
  • Bowl of Warm Water

lighten up schorcher he was trying to be helpful, he just misunderstood the topic, or he thought you guys were talking about solid egg whites. (although i agree any idiot can get a hardboiled egg out of a shell, case in point, ME)

IMO hard boiling is the best way to keep egg whites (I know you wanted liquid joker) epecially if your just going to cook them anyway. Depending on your diet, and what you plan to mix them with, they are awesome. They have little to no taste, and they are packed with protien.

The last time I ran a CKD I would get up, throw 5 or 6 solid egg whites in a bowl, squash them with a fork, like i was making egg salad. Throw some cheese over top, heat for 30 sec, then add a little hot sauce ... mmmmm good shit homie.
