Use L-carnitine 1500 mg + some thermogerecs....

I use L-carnitine + Ripped Freak and it's working extremely well. I'm definitely tighter and i've gained 3 pounds! My diet is the same and I don't do cardio (hate it).

Ripped Freak gives me energy like nothing else. This stuff is super strong but no crash and I feel real good on it. The intensity of my workouts has shot up drastically which is probably why i've gained muscle and dropped body fat.

I've tried everything and this stuff takes the cake.

I drink coffee with no cream or sugar myself for a good metabolism booster! Of course there's the side effects of caffeine but I'd say the pluses outweight the negatives

From what I have heard, caffeine (coffee) and theobromine (dark chocolate) can raise your metabolism and possibly (not really sure) help to burn fat, but the best way to get rid of fat is to increase your protein intake, cut out any junk food, and exercise. Personally, I would stay away from coffee and drink a high-quality protein drink. If you want to eat chocolate, 100% cacao that has not been alkalized is the best, but it is hard to find and most people won't like the taste.

Default Yes

BSN Hyper FX

It is a fat burner/Pre-workout, and has some test boosting properties as well.

I used it for about 4 week, and I got shredded. It had a lot to do with my diet, but it definitely helped with focus and intensity.

Let me know what you think!
