Default Fill me up!

What are some things that can fill me up and keep the cravings away? Any type of shake or small meals/snacks?

Cravings for what? Sweets? I have this slushy/snow cone maker/ice shaver/whatever you wanna call it and you buy syrups for it. They have sudar free syrups and i eat the shit out of those things. Or diet soda, etc... Food wise, you can eat all the tuna, chicken, lean meats, veggies, etc... that you want

When I am having sugar cravings I eat 1 bite size hersey extra dark chocolate. It is just enough to help with cravings and I have heard of dark chocolate having some good health benefits!

Just general cravings. I do get cravings for sweets, but I usually hold them off. I'm talking like about about an hour after I eat I might get hungry and I rather not eat more chicken or something ya know? This usually happens late at night too.

Does this mean I have a bad diet plan too? Or am I just simply getting hungry?

I love dark chocolate, to the point i wont eat regular chocolate anymore. The dove bite size pieces are good for that sugar craving too, as long as you hide the rest of the bag.

I actually keep them in the freezer and just take out one per night and that is my limit. By eating it frozen it takes longer to eat and I enjoy it more instead of popping like 10 of them. I also will not go near milk chocolate anymore...dark is where its at!

^^ good suggestion, but honestly RPG you will get used to that. I would alway eat around 7 or 8 and think I was hungry again by 10pm. Just push that craving aside, and hit up a protien shake before bed.
