i drink plenty of water..idk what was the problem..im never dehydrated just today was weird because i was doing back squats and front squats then running so i kept breathing like out my mouth and my mouth got really dry and idk..idk i got it all figured out, thanks

Well for me the difference is ice cold water while I workout gives me nausea or stomach discomfort. I tend to sip on a shake while I work out so if I use really cold water for that it's even worse. I guess it's because the water has to be heated before it can be absorbed and I've read that it basically "shuts down" digestion in the stomach for a bit. But all I really know is cold water equals stomach ache while workout out. A few others I think have said the same thing happens to them. Room temperature or even a little colder is fine...just nothing out of the fridge.
