You should be measuring everything. Bulking doesn't just mean eating until you are stuffed. Don't rely so much on the shakes. Save them for postworkout and bedtime. Most of your fats are coming from oil. Get some peanut butter, almonds, flax, ice cream. You don't need BCAA's with your preworkout shake. You are getting plenty from the shake itself. You can however sip on them while you are training if you want to. Plus if I were bulking, I'd get on some creatine.

I found out that getting your nutrients from whole foods instead of whey powders is more cost efficient. Buy in bulk and save $$$
