^^ cool I'll have to check into that, although powder isn't going to make it any more portable, I may just front and back load the MCT, say with breakfast and before bed.

Hrdgain, you should check out this blog. More and more I'm trying to get people to branch out in their resourcing past just the fitness industry, i.e. the bodybuilding nutrition guru, etc. To sort of balance things out.

She's posted a link to an article she wrote with some useful info.
