That makes sense. I can see how it would be much easier to find recipes fitting these categories.

Now when I say that the blood type diet is pseudo science it is simply because there is no real science behind the blood type thing. But anything can be an improvement that adheres to healthier choices. As far as I know, in general, it emphasizes lean meats and fruits and vegetables. According to what your diet was like before, typically, that could be a definite improvement. That doesn't mean you need imaginary science to come to these healthy foods. While I have no doubt that it is generally healthy it could also be restricting people from other healthy choices based on criteria that are non existant. That doesn't mean I think it's going to kill you
