I was wondering how to spread out my diet time wise. I get up at 4am everyday and go to bed at 10pm. I eat 3 meals and 2 snacks. i lift around 2:30pm 3:00pm three times a week and do cardio 6 days a week.

Basically about every 2 hours eat a small meal, but it also depends on your goals, are you trying to gain or lose weight?

Side note: if you're trying to maximize your muscle gain/strength routine then 6hours sleep probably isn't gonna cut it.

I am trying bulk while losing body fat.

Spreading out your diet doesn't at all. Just get your daily calorie and protein requirements and you'll be fine. Don't forget the importance of sleep to build muscle.

A meal every 2-3 hours and get more sleep.
