Um, I would definatly not advise training especially twice a day with football practice, while fasting. Infact I don't think you want to train at all when you are at a calorie deficit like that. I would recommend amino acids, and whey, but then again that wouldnt be fasting though? Is there anyway you can skip the fast? how long will it last?

Umm. not quite sure how long it will last as i said before. And yes amino acid is fine and if i can find a whey that is not a powder mix and just 100% protien like a pill or something i could do that. But the shakes have massive amounts of cals. I am doing the first 3 days over the weekend. I am not doing any major activites during this time. After that, your body actualy starts eating it self. (3 days get rid of toxins, thatz why you feel so bad) As you know your fat holds everything you need to surive. That includes things like protiens and aminos(correct me if im wrong) Surgars and what ever else your body needs to live. Well the best thing about a fast is, Any time your body needs anything all it does it take a fat cell breaks it down and uses it. Now since your body is in "stavation mode" it waste nothing so if you need protien you will end up with everything else that is in that cell. In the long run making you feel better during and after stainous exercises. So really I am not worried about if I can do that work out. I know I can the Question was more of that will it help. And to what extent.


Also I do Have a Question on amino acids. Really never got into bcaa, But anyone have a good source, or are they all pretty much the same. thanks.
