Im going to start breaking limbs - A quick article on increased test leves - Testosterone Training By Chris Thibaudeau Most of the original data is from the 70-98.

Dr X, laid it out. Overtraining will do nothing. You will most likely not up the weight, and keep spinning your wheels. Hrdgain said something earlier on the overtraining.

Your body needs rest to grow. some people do 1-2 workouts per bodypart each week. If a full body split, 3 times a week still works depending on volume..... All in all, Id use a split liek what x recommended to start.

You wont be losing your love handles right away, so dont be discouraged. Ive been on my lifestyle change for 8 months or so, went from a 36 to fitting pants I used to wear in high school. I have some belly still, but the body is a whole package deal. Ive been losing inces on my arms, legs, stomach... and its great.

Get a plan, and stick to it like hrdgain said. The CKD is easy once you try it for 3 weeks, the first 2 are the hardest. Personally, I prefer the clean bulk with a calorie deficit, or carb cycling.
