Lets have a contest. Well see how much weight you gain off eating your leaves, and I'll eat chicken, beef, and fish for 3 months.

The statistics on sanity are that one out of every four persons is suffering from some sort of mental illness. Think of your three best friends -- if they're okay, then it's you.

Sigh...

Visit some vegan bodybuilding forums. You'll see that it is possible for them to make gains, but they don't get huge. This might come as a shock, but you're not a gorrilla. If you eat nothing but fruits and vegetables you will not be gaining much muscle.

A good protein source is one which itself is high in protein. You should make each meal consist of a lean protein, a starchy carb and a fibrous vegetable. While some carb sources may contain some protein, its best to get your protein from lean meat.
