whats you guys take on sodium. i was lookin at soups 2day and i notced almost all of them had massive amounts of sodium even though the other nutritional facts were pretty decent. whats the max amount you should have a day?
Well, the DV is there for a reason. Most canned soups use a LOT of sodium. Sodium and cholesterol are the two things that I always try to keep low whether bulking or cutting.
