^^unless of course the "bloating" is really GI track distress from the lactose, then you will notice a huge difference. Personally, If i have 8oz of milk, I feel like I'm 500lbs, and everyone one in the room hates me.

that's how i feel today

i think i'm gonna cut the daily intake in half....or more...my stomach just feels all stretched out...even when i haven't eaten for 3 hours...
