Default My Current Diet (tips pls)

Well just started this diet my trainer kinda suggested, so im looking for feedback and anything i should add/remove from here.
I am currently at 164 Lbs.

Breakfast:
5 eggs(2 yellow)
2 Pc brown bread + Peanut butter
1 Apple
+ Cup of coffee

20-30 mins later
Creatine
<<Workout>>

Amino Acid after workout

30 mins after - Whey Protein+Glutamin+Banana

Which is when i head off to work for aprox 2 hours, followed by a snack of mixed nuts + fruit.

2 hours later Amino Acid 30 mins before lunch which is usually chicken/meat/fish + brocoli + more fruits (Fruit freak)

later on during the day i get another snack (usually fruits/veges)

following that is amino again 30 min before Dinner.

Bedtime i get proteinshake + glutamin + sometimes skimmed yogurt/fruit.

At the moment i feel like its alot of suplements and no idea if i should carry it out or not pls help

Uh....you only have two real meals. You need about 6. Your only carbs are at breakfast. How many calories do you need in a day? (harris benedict formula)

Don't waste free protein. Eat all the egg yolks. I have read where some researchers believe that cholesterol is not a cause of heart disease but a symptom. Also, other researchers say that dietary cholesterol is not tightly linked to blood cholesterol.

I make sure that I maintain a minimum level of cholesterol (400mg - equivalent to about 1-1/2 eggs) each day because I read (google "protein cholesterol") where dietary cholesterol is needed if you eat large amounts of protein (1g per lb of bodyweight).

I should mention that you should not take my advice if you already have a history of heart disease. Better safe than sorry.

pretty sure there are plenty of studies out there that show eggs having a negligible effect on the body's cholesterol.

I usually eat 3 real meals day which contain meats etc. Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner and a few snacks/suplements between each meal which include nuts/veges/fruits.

I eat more carbs during breakfast/lunch than dinner.

Should i cut down on supplements or stay on them and eat more meat?
