Default Sodium intake

From what I know, the reason excessive sodium intake is bad is because it dehydrates the body. Theoretically, if you drink excess water, would this cancel the sodium out? Or am I mistaken

I don't think it works that way. However I think that the more potassium you have that helps lower the sodium in your body.

Did you know that 2300mg of sodium is only 1 tsp of salt. So it doesn't take much.

I also found out that bottled water has added salt...
