Talking Hey!!!

(lol) i have started liftimg wieghts and so far ive eaten about 110 g of protien and maybe 115 grams of carbrohydrates

man what you need is to eat! and since your so thin you should use the proteinbars although they are higher in carbs and sugers that wont hurt you cuz your so thin you need carbs to pet on some mucle iknow i was on that low carb crap for along time before 6 mths ago i chuked that and if put on 20 pds although some is fat its worth it now am just trying to lean down and its going more smoothley than i thought it would so carb up

Default potien bars yes!!!

hey do u know what are probably the best protien bars for me? (i never really payed any atecion to then and the only one i know of is the snickers marathon one)

Protein bars should not be a regular in your diet. There ok in a emergency if you need a quick fix otherwise stay away. Eat real food. However I think met rex are decent.

i bought a protein bar once it was a pretty big mistake, had alot of fat and not much protien compared to my usual protein shakes.

Thumbs up okay here'sy diet and workout plan

Meal(s)

1st Meal:
1 egg (scrambled)
8 oz. of reduced fat milk


2nd Meal
1 sandwich (ham,chesse,leatuce,2 slices of white bread)
1 fruit cup
1 8 oz cup of milk(chocalate milk it has les fat for some reson)


3rd Meal
1 egg (scrambled)
1 cup of corn (with mayonasse and parmashan? chesse)


4th Meal
1 tuna sanwich (leatucce, tomato, onion,mayonasse)
1 serving of fruit (probably apple,or orange)
8 oz. cup of reduced fat milk


5th meal
1 boiled egg

ok that about it if i sum it all up it would be around 1675 calories (not much but i could thorw in like a extra protien bar or something i could eat for some protien like maybe a PB & J sandwich

work out plan

Regular bench press 40 Lbs (20 Lbs. on each side) 15 sets of 15 ea.
(at least three times every 5 days)
20 Lbs curls 15 sets of 10 ea.
(Every day)
As many sit ups as possible 3 times threw out the day (once in mourning, once after school and once before i go to sleep)
(every day)
at least 25 set of 5 pushups (every day)

Ride bike for at least one hour (every monday thru friday)


anthing else i should do?
plz help im so excited to start my diet plan already im gonna start tomorrow (the 27 of may) so plz tell me before i start

Thumbs up Protien bar!!!

i just had a protien bar it reminded me of when i used to eat chocalate bars every day but any way it was preatty good and had 20 grams of protien and had only 8 grams of fat and had 29 grams of sugars it was a snickers marathon bar it was preatty cheap to 70 cents
