I wont call 130grams of protein per day that high, unless ofcourse u are 100 pounds. I get that much protein from my protein shakes alone. :(

well I have decided to CKD and I am down to 249 ( this is going to take forever lol) I think I need to lift a little heavier, at 2000 calories hard to find P+F meals lol... Chicken is gettin tiring!

10 lbs 2 weeks is pretty good just keep with it and you will hit your goal.good job.

definatly stick with your goals and stay on your diet when you reach your final goal youll be extremely happy that you stayed on track

Well I have been on a fast to start up my fat loss process again so I will continue it for a another 2 weeks afterwhich I will continue with a pretty low calorie diet so the starvation reaction wont affect me and I can keep it off at least till I get to the point I wanna get to...then do a very controlled clean bulk...
