Fitday opened my eyes... I've been using it for a few months now... and I love it.

Recently, I even took it a step further. I created a spreadsheet in excel that lists by date my:

Weight
Body Measurements (waist, neck, bi, chest, quads)
Calorie intake for the day (#s taken from fitday)
Protein intake for the day (#s taken from fitday)
Fat intake for the day (#s taken from fitday)
Carb intake for the day (#s taken from fitday)
Cardio I did that day
MMA Training I did that day
Weighttraining I did that day, (exercise, weight & reps)

Every 2 weeks, I determine what my average macro breakdown was for that 14day period, then input that info, along with any cheat days(diet) or time taken off for injury, etc.

Over time, I can look back and see my macronutrient breakdown and how it affected my performance in the gym. If I'm not happy with my gains... this spreadsheet will tell me what I need to change.

OK... I'm a bit O.C.D. But it's pretty f'n cool to see your results on paper... it motivates the hell out of me... or kicks me in the ass if I need it.

Anyway... that's my 2cents.
