Protein shakes

I don't get it!

Are shakes that need blenders better in quality than the ones that you just add water and mix.

I have had the chance to try both, and I bought a blender just that. I sucked. I had to wash the stupid blender like three times a day and dismetle and put it all together.

Now what I have are just a couple of cheap ass plastic bottles from Walmart. Rinse'm up, with some soup and hot water and you are set to go.

I have to admit I love milk shakes better that water ones, it is a little more nutrisious, best with fat free.
