You can pack meals and bring them with you to work. They don't need to be big, a chicken breast, some veggies in a glad container and boom, easy fast meal.

You said earlier you wern't happy with a creatine cycle. You don't cycle creatine, you should take it year around. Also you should add some BCAA's to your pre workout shake and you can throw some in your post as well. As for extra protein, the point is not that your body may throw out unused protein, the point is that is available in your system when your body needs it. Depending on your training you teach your body to consume more protein.
