yeah how u make your tuna, with mayo ( i never use mayo but i mess it)?

But i live in So-Cal right by mexico and i love pollo and carna asada i was woundering if its made different and if its just as healthy as chicken(pollo) and steak(carna)

chicken is good as long as it's not covered in unhealthy extras. the carna asada is flank steak if I'm correct, which is a leaner cut so it should be ok as well. Just watch your portions, and topings.

I know you were asking about specific meats i've never even heard of, but don't forget about fish. Very important often overlooked meat for a bb'er.
