That could be a million things that we do or do not know. You could be breathing in cancer causing agents as you're typing this and never know.
But I see what you're trying to say.
I know I haven't said this but I don't throw down 10 eggs in a sitting and call it a meal by any means. Every morning and night I'll make my milk isolate shake (2 scoops) w/ 5 whole eggs, and some other ingredients and call it a meal. So if I digest half of the egg (15 grams out of 30), I'm good to go! Better that then waking up earlier or taking the time to cook.. Which is IMHO why most people decide to go this route.
Morning: Just before I leave for work.
