Sample of my clean bulking diet
Ok guys here is a random,but typical day for me while bulking..I prefer to bulk carefully without taking in a crazy amount of calories so I can keep lean year round.
M1-1c oatmeal+cinnamon 1 can tuna 2 fish oil caps M2-1c 2% cottage cheese+cinnamon 12 raw almonds M3-6oz. grilled chicken Large greens salad 1 T. olive oil 2 fish oil caps M4 1 scoop whey 1.5 scoops gatorade powder Train...While training I mix up and sip 1/2 of my PWO shake M5-PWO in total --100g of carbs from dextrose+50g whey+10g glutamine M6 1.25c Honey Bunches of Oats(cold cereal) 1/2 scoop of whey mixed with water to make my "milk" 6oz grilled chicken 1c broccoli M7 3/4c oatmeal+cinnamon 1 can of tuna Large salad w/squirt of hot mustard M8 1/2c 2% cottage cheese+cinnamon 1 T natural PB 2 fish oil caps EDIT---Appox totals are ~3200 caolories 350g protein 300g carbs 60g fat Diet stays fairly the same numbers wise.I also have been using 2-3 scheduled cheats/week. |
Are your cheat meals "bad" cheat meals or just ignoring your caloric intake? Must be nice to be able to get away with 2-3 a week...that would completely shatter my diet :)

It really depends on my mood..Like If I want pizza then I will eat it.I am a natural Etco so cheating bad has never been a big problem for me..Last nights cheat was a nice big burger from Chili's with a whole wheat bun...When I cut with a CKD type diet my refeeds are CRAZY..Im talking an entire box of kiddy cereal for breakfast then burgers for lunch.pizza thrown in there for good measure.Nothing is really off limits for me on a refeed day...My G/f is lucky enough to get way with the same thing as she is lean as well.
